Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup granola (your favorite mix)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well combined. The mixture should be smooth and creamy.

Lay Down the Base: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to spread it evenly, about 1/4-inch thick.

Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the mixed berries and granola over the surface of the yogurt. Press them down gently with your hands to ensure they stick once frozen.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the yogurt bark to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.

Cut and Enjoy: Once fully frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Lift the yogurt bark out of the pan using the parchment paper and place it on a cutting board. Cut into pieces (you can make them as big or small as you like).

Store: Serve immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
