Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 cup granola (optional for topping)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mini muffin tin or silicone molds

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.

Gently fold in the mixed berries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Spoon the yogurt-berry mixture into a mini muffin tin or silicone molds, filling each cavity about three-quarters full.

If desired, sprinkle granola on top of each bite for added crunch and flavor.

Tap the muffin tin lightly on the counter to release any air bubbles and ensure an even distribution.

Place the filled muffin tin or molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Once frozen, remove the bites from the tin or molds. If you used a metal muffin tin, you may need to run warm water on the bottom for easier removal.

Serve immediately or store the frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
