Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on yogurt sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

½ cup granola (optional)

Mini muffin tin or silicone molds

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and uniform, adjusting sweetness as desired.

Add the Berries: Gently fold in your choice of mixed berries into the yogurt mixture. If you prefer a more uniform flavor, you can mash the berries lightly before adding them.

Mold the Bites: Spoon the yogurt and berry mixture into a mini muffin tin or silicone molds, filling them about three-quarters full. Optionally, sprinkle granola on top for added crunch.

Freeze the Bites: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, carefully pop the yogurt bites out of the molds. If using silicone molds, gently push from the bottom to release them. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
