2 cups rolled oats

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional, for added crunch)

A pinch of salt

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and you achieve a thick, sticky consistency.
