Ingredients
  

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or your favorite dairy-free option)

1/3 cup coffee beans (lightly crushed)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional: 1/4 cup nuts (such as almonds or walnuts), chopped

Instructions
 

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

    Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.

      Combine Ingredients: Once the chocolate is melted, take about 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture and fold it into the melted chocolate until combined. This will create a swirled effect in the bark.

        Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet, spreading it evenly into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

          Swirl the Chocolate: Drizzle the chocolate-yogurt mixture over the top of the plain yogurt layer. Use a knife or a toothpick to create swirls, ensuring it's visually appealing.

            Add Coffee Beans and Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the crushed coffee beans over the top of the yogurt mixture, followed by a sprinkle of sea salt and any optional nuts for added crunch.

              Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it chill for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
