2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1 cup walnuts, chopped

1/2 cup granola

1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)

Pinch of salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper (for lining pan)

Prepare the Pan: Start by lining an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, letting the edges overhang for easy removal. If you prefer, lightly spray the pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

    Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until completely smooth and well-integrated.
