Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup granola (preferably with nuts and seeds)

1/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh fruit (sliced strawberries or banana for serving)

Instructions

Prep the Yogurt Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.

Prepare the Crunch Topping: In a separate bowl, mix the granola, crushed roasted peanuts, and mini chocolate chips (if using).

      Form the Rounds:

        - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

          - Using a tablespoon or an ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Each round should be about 1 inch apart.

            - Press the crunch topping mixture into the center of each yogurt mound, creating a small indentation for added texture.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the rounds are completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen solid, remove the rounds from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

                  - When ready to serve, let them sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before enjoying. Serve with sliced fresh fruit on the side for a refreshing treat.
