1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate chips

For the Frozen Yogurt Layer:

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or vanilla ice cream, if preferred)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

For the Topping:

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Extra crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Cookie Base:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

      - In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

        - In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

          - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.

            - Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared baking pan and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

              Make the Frozen Yogurt Layer:

                - In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or ice cream), honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

                  - Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.

                    - Once the cookie base is completely cooled, spread the frozen yogurt mixture evenly over the cookie layer.

                      Add the Toppings:
