1 large whole wheat pizza crust

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, roughly chopped

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)

1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Pizza Base: Roll out the whole wheat pizza crust onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Set aside.

      Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

        Add Veggies: Toss in the broccoli, zucchini, red and yellow bell peppers. Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
