Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Steak Tips:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Cheesy Rigatoni:

8 oz rigatoni pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Rigatoni:

    - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rigatoni and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and set aside.

      Make the Cheesy Sauce:

        - In a saucepan, over medium heat, add heavy cream. Stir in the garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.

          - Once the mixture starts to simmer, reduce the heat and add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and smooth. Mix in the cooked rigatoni until evenly coated. Set aside.

            Cook the Steak Tips:

              - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

                - Add the steak to the skillet in a single layer and sear for about 3-4 minutes until browned on one side. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes for medium-rare. Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.

                  - Lower the heat and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Toss the steak cubes in the garlic butter until coated, and the garlic becomes fragrant (about 1 minute).

                    Combine and Serve:

                      - Serve the garlic butter steak tips over a generous helping of cheesy rigatoni. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the skillet on top of the steak.

                        - Garnish with chopped parsley and basil for a fresh touch. Enjoy your delicious meal!
