1 pound baby carrots (or regular carrots cut into equal-sized pieces)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (for a hint of heat)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Carrots: If using regular carrots, peel them and cut them into evenly sized pieces, about 2-3 inches in length.

      Mix the Glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly. Remove from heat.
