10 chicken drumsticks

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Marinade:

    In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper, and salt. Whisk the mixture until well blended.

      Marinate the Drumsticks:

        Place the chicken drumsticks in a large zip-lock bag or bowl. Pour the marinade over the drumsticks, ensuring they're evenly coated. Seal the bag (or cover the bowl) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

          Preheat the Oven:

            Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the drumsticks cook evenly and get crispy.

              Arrange the Drumsticks:

                Remove the drumsticks from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Arrange them on the wire rack in a single layer.

                  Bake:
