10 chicken drumsticks

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Make the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, ground ginger, black pepper, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk together until well blended.

      Marinate the Drumsticks: Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the drumsticks, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).
