4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Crushed croutons for extra crunch

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them rest for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge for maximum flavor.
