1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

Combine the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, almond butter, and honey (or maple syrup). Mix well until fully blended and smooth.

    Add Dry Ingredients: To the pumpkin mixture, add the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated. The mixture should be thick and slightly sticky.
