Ingredients
  

2 cans (5 oz each) of tuna packed in water, drained

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain or low-fat)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 stalk of celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard. Use a fork to break apart the tuna and mix everything until well combined.

    Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the tuna mixture. Stir well to evenly distribute the seasonings.

      Fold in the chopped celery, red bell pepper, and cucumber to the tuna mixture for added crunch and freshness.

        Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the mixture and stir again to incorporate. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

          Take one lettuce leaf at a time and spoon a generous amount of the tuna salad mixture onto the center of the leaf.
