1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 cup water (to start with)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green mixed)

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup chopped spinach

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil spray for baking

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Make the Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Slowly add water and olive oil, stirring until the mixture forms a dough. If necessary, add a bit more water to bring it together. Knead for a minute on a floured surface until smooth.
