4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Whisk until well combined.

    Marinate the Chicken: Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Prepare the Air Fryer Basket: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.
