Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat for creaminess)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed fresh fruits (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana), chopped

1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)

2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed; the mixture should be smooth and creamy.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the Greek yogurt mixture onto the sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the chopped fresh fruits evenly on top of the yogurt layer. Follow with the chopped nuts and mini dark chocolate chips (if using). Press down gently on the toppings with the back of a spoon to ensure they stick to the yogurt.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Allow the yogurt bark to freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften slightly. Lift the parchment paper to remove the bark from the baking sheet and break it into pieces or cut it into squares.

Store: Enjoy immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
