4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup pesto sauce

1 cup sliced deli meats (such as salami, ham, and turkey)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced

1/2 cup baby spinach leaves

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the pesto sauce until well combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

    Spread the Mixture: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, making sure to cover all the edges.

      Layer Ingredients: On top of the cream cheese layer, begin to layer your deli meats, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, baby spinach, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

        Roll It Up: Starting from one edge of the tortilla, carefully roll it up tightly towards the other edge, enclosing all the filling.

          Chill Out: Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help it set, making it easier to slice.

            Slice & Serve: Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and use a sharp knife to slice the pinwheel into bite-sized pieces (about 1 inch thick). Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
