2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting)
