Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 strips of bacon, chopped

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup diced dill pickles (optional, for garnish)

Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chopped bacon. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.

Brown the beef: In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Create the sauce: Reduce the heat to low, then stir the heavy cream into the beef mixture. Gradually add the sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Season the sauce: Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.

Combine pasta and sauce: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat all the pasta in the creamy cheeseburger sauce.

Top with bacon: Gently fold in the crispy bacon, reserving a few pieces for garnish if desired.

Serve and garnish: Plate the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta and, if using, top with diced dill pickles and fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Enjoy! Dive into this indulgent dish, relishing the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger combined with creamy pasta goodness.
