1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

    Prepare the Bagels: Slice each mini bagel in half horizontally, creating two halves per bagel. Place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

      Toast the Bagels: Bake the bagel halves in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are lightly toasted and golden. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

        Prepare the Avocado Mixture: While the bagels are toasting, scoop the flesh of the ripe avocado into a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using). Mash the mixture with a fork until it reaches your desired creaminess.
