Ingredients

1 package of square wonton wrappers (about 48 wrappers)

1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a healthier option)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced pickles (dill or sweet, based on preference)

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, tomato slices, additional pickles, and extra cheese for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures the cups get crispy.

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and diced onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Prepare Wonton Cups: Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or brush with olive oil. Take one wonton wrapper and press it into each muffin tin cup, allowing the edges to hang over the sides. Repeat for all cups, about 24.

Fill the Cups: Spoon the cheeseburger mixture into each wonton cup, filling them generously but not overflowing.

Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers are golden brown and crispy.

Add Toppings: Once baked, carefully remove the wonton cups from the muffin tin. Top each with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, additional pickles, or more cheese if desired.

Serve Warm: Serve your Mini Cheeseburger Stuffed Wonton Cups warm as a fun appetizer or snack, and watch them disappear!
