1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup mini sweet peppers (assorted colors), halved and seeded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme)

4 large whole wheat tortillas or wraps

½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 lemon, zest and juice

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Rub the spices into the chicken to ensure even distribution.

      Roast the Chicken and Peppers: Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Scatter the halved mini sweet peppers around the chicken. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C) and the peppers are slightly tender.

        Cool and Slice: Once done, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips. The peppers can be kept whole or sliced, depending on your preference.

          Prepare the Wrap Base: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with lemon juice and zest until well combined. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla or wrap.

            Assemble the Wraps: On each cream cheese-covered tortilla, layer the sliced chicken and roasted peppers. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped cilantro or parsley over the top.
