1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

8 breakfast sausage links or patties

6 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Optional: hot sauce, for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Biscuits: Open the biscuit dough package and separate the biscuits. Bake according to package instructions on a baking sheet until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

      Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage links or patties until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and place on a paper towel to drain excess grease. If using links, slice each one in half to fit the biscuits.

        Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. In the same skillet used for the sausages (adding butter if needed), pour in the egg mixture. Cook over medium-low heat, gently stirring until the eggs are set and fluffy, about 4-5 minutes.

          Assemble Sliders: Split the baked biscuits in half. On the bottom half of each biscuit, layer a piece of sausage, a generous scoop of scrambled eggs, and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese. Top each with the biscuit top.

            Melt the Cheese (optional): If desired, you can place assembled sliders back on the baking sheet and pop them in the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
