1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of sea salt

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Additional whole mint leaves for garnish

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. Allow it to cool slightly.

    Prepare the Mint Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the finely chopped mint leaves, peppermint extract, powdered sugar, and sea salt. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mint is evenly distributed.

      Combine the Mixtures: Carefully fold the mint mixture into the melted chocolate mixture until fully incorporated. The combination should be smooth and well-blended.

        Prepare the Base: In another bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and unsweetened cocoa powder until evenly combined.

          Assemble the Dessert: Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press half of the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.

            Layer the Chocolate: Pour the mint chocolate mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly across the surface. Tap the dish lightly on the counter to eliminate any air bubbles.
