1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are thoroughly coated and have a sandy texture.
