1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup Nutella

Prep the Cookie Dough:

    - In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).

      - Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

        Combine Dry Ingredients:

          - In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!

            Incorporate Chocolate Chips:

              - Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.

                Chill the Dough:

                  - Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. This will help the cookies maintain their shape during baking.

                    Prepare Nutella Pockets:

                      - While the dough is chilling, scoop out small tablespoons of Nutella onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm.

                        Assemble the Cookies:

                          - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
