Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, about 6 ounces each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, and dried thyme until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Coat the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spoon the marinade over each fillet, making sure to coat them evenly. Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.

Bake the Salmon: Once marinated, place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). If you desire a slightly crispy top, you can broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and serve with lemon wedges on the side to squeeze over the top.
