1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

3 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon chili paste (adjust for heat preference)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking. Set aside.
