Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup milk (almond, oat, or dairy)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly combined.

Gently fold in the mixed berries, reserving a few for topping later.

Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or airtight containers. Ensure each jar has some berries and a few chopped nuts on top.

Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If they seem too thick, feel free to add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

Top with any remaining berries, a sprinkle of chopped nuts, or an extra drizzle of honey or maple syrup before serving.
