Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (approximately 2 large breasts)

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

1 cup coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)

½ cup ranch dressing (optional)

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup pickled jalapeños (optional, for some kick)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prep Chicken: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Mix well until all the chicken is evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Make Coleslaw: In another bowl, combine the coleslaw mix with the ranch dressing (if using). Toss until all the vegetables are coated. If you prefer a vinegar-based slaw, you can omit the ranch and replace it with a light vinegar dressing.

      Assemble the Wraps:

        - Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft and pliable.

          - On each tortilla, layer a generous portion of the smoky BBQ chicken, followed by a handful of coleslaw, a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, and a few pickled jalapeños for added spice.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to encase the filling. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Heat (Optional): For a warm, melty wrap, grill the wraps on a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing gently with a spatula until the cheese melts and the wraps are golden brown.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
