1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup canned pumpkin puree

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup powdered sugar

1 egg yolk

1 tsp lemon juice

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Set aside.
