1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

1 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cinnamon Drizzle:

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk (more if needed)

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger until well combined.

      Cut in the Butter: Add the cubed cold butter to the dry ingredients. Using a pastry cutter or your fingertips, cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

        Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
