2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

1 cup cooked diced ham

1 cup elbow macaroni

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for a crunchy topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Whisk together until smooth.

        In a large casserole dish, combine the cooked macaroni, broccoli florets, diced ham, and the soup mixture. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.

          Gently fold in 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for the topping.

            If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them evenly over the top of the casserole.

              Top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese for a gooey finish.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
