For the crust:

1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (such as Oreos)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

For the filling:

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup confectioners' sugar

For the topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (for garnish)

Chocolate syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      - In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and the mixture resembles wet sand.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.

          Make the filling:

            - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

              - Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar, and continue to mix until well blended.

                - In another bowl, whisk the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.

                  Assemble the pie:

                    - Pour the filling into the cooled chocolate crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set firmly.

                      Prepare the topping:
