Rich Chicken Alfredo Roll-Ups

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked fettuccine pasta

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup spinach leaves, chopped

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

8 large flour tortillas

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cooked fettuccine pasta, Alfredo sauce, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Stir in garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and Italian herbs until well combined.

    Assemble Roll-Ups: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space on each side. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling secure.

      Repeat: Continue the process with the remaining tortillas and filling mixture, placing the completed roll-ups seam side down on a greased baking dish.

        Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour any remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the top of the roll-ups. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the sauce, and add extra mozzarella if desired.

          Bake: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
