2 cups zucchini, sliced

1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn (or 1 tablespoon dried basil)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Then, add the zucchini and bell peppers, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
