4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium red onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Cooked pasta or rice, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, placing them in the bottom of the slow cooker.

    Combine the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, dried basil, and dried oregano until well blended.
