1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup granulated sugar

24 oz cream cheese, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

½ cup heavy cream

8 fun-size Snickers bars, chopped

For the topping:

½ cup caramel sauce

½ cup chocolate sauce

3 fun-size Snickers bars, chopped (for garnishing)

Instructions
 

Prepare the crust:

    - Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

      - In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and allow to cool.

          Prepare the cheesecake filling:

            - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

              - Add eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding the next. Mix in vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream until well blended.
