1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably whole wheat)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg

1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (plus extra for glazing)

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (red or green)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup milk
