Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

4 large romaine lettuce leaves

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 avocado, sliced

Optional: additional red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken with the spices.

    Prepare the Dressing: In a separate bowl, mix the Caesar dressing with a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for an extra kick. Set aside.

      Combine Ingredients: In the bowl with the seasoned chicken, add the romaine lettuce leaves, grated Parmesan cheese, and half of the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the mix and toss everything together until well combined.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among the tortillas, leaving some space at the edges for folding. Place a few avocado slices and the remaining cherry tomatoes atop the mixture.

          Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of each tortilla first, then roll it from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

            Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally. If desired, sprinkle with additional red pepper flakes for an extra spicy touch. Serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
