1 can (5 oz) sushi-grade tuna, drained

1 ripe avocado, diced

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (preferably Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon lime juice

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 small lettuce leaves (butter or romaine) for serving

Optional: 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced for garnish

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced avocado, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and chopped green onions. Gently mix the ingredients together, being careful not to mash the avocado too much.
