Ingredients

4 turkey thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup whole grain mustard

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Marinate the turkey: Add the turkey thighs to the bowl, making sure they are well-coated with the marinade. For best results, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for more flavor).

Sear the thighs: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of oil. Once hot, place the turkey thighs skin-side down and sear for 4-5 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown. Flip the thighs and sear for another 4-5 minutes.

Bake the turkey: Transfer the seared turkey thighs to a baking dish. Pour the remaining marinade over the thighs. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is sticky and caramelized.

Rest and serve: Remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.

Enjoy: Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes, and enjoy the sticky goodness!
