Ingredients

1 medium-sized head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

3 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Sticky Sriracha Honey Sauce:

⅓ cup honey

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped green onions (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Bake the Cauliflower: Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Make the Sticky Sauce: While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the Sticky Sriracha Honey Sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir frequently until the mixture is simmering and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Coat the Cauliflower: Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sticky sauce over the hot cauliflower and gently toss until all florets are well coated.

Finalize and Serve: Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a sticky finish. Once done, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
