1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup mashed banana (about 1 medium banana)

1/3 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 cup chia seeds

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.

      Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Add the almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.

        Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruit. Ensure everything is evenly distributed.

          Form Cookies: Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop dough balls onto the lined baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart. Gently flatten each ball into a cookie shape.
