3 medium-sized apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp recommended)

1 cup granola (your favorite mix)

½ cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)

Fresh fruit slices for garnishing (optional: banana, strawberries)

Whipped cream or Greek yogurt for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Apples: Rinse and dry the apples. Core them and slice them into thin wedges. If desired, you can also slice them into rounds for a different presentation.

    Mix the Drizzle: In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter (or almond butter) and honey (or maple syrup). Microwave for about 15-20 seconds to make it easier to drizzle, then stir and set aside.
