3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter. Stir until well blended.

      Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar to the banana mixture, stirring until smooth. This will add depth of flavor to your bread.

        Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

          In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour. Make sure there are no lumps.
