Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (adjust based on spice preference)

1/4 cup fresh jalapeños, diced (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tbsp olive oil (for mixing with breadcrumbs)

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Add Cheeses: Stir in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses into the cream cheese mixture. Ensure they're well incorporated.

Incorporate Jalapeños and Spices: Add in the chopped pickled jalapeños, diced fresh jalapeños, crispy bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Prepare for Baking: Transfer the dip mixture into a medium-sized baking dish. Spread it out evenly.

Make Topping: In a small bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs and olive oil. Mix well until breadcrumbs are evenly coated.

Top the Dip: Sprinkle the Panko mixture evenly over the dip in the baking dish.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling hot and the top is golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm with tortilla chips, crispy bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
